Stem A Chip was born from a heartfelt mission: to spark children’s love for science and technology.
Our Founder and CEO, Dr. Anu Asokan, a semiconductor researcher and devoted mom, knows firsthand the challenges of engaging young minds in STEM. After countless attempts to pique her daughter’s interest in electronics, Anu discovered that hands-on, interactive experiments were the key to making learning exciting and impactful.
That spark of inspiration grew into Stem A Chip. Today, we are a team of five passionate women, each bringing unique skills and perspectives to our mission. From diverse professional backgrounds to shared experiences as mothers, this dynamic team fuels Stem A Chip with creativity, empathy, and determination. Together, we’re not just building a company; we’re building a community of young innovators ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
Our Mission
We’re here to revolutionize STEM education, one workshop at a time. By introducing students to chip design through hands-on learning, we foster creativity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the technology shaping our world. From assembling simple circuits to crafting their own mini designs, our programs empower students to see themselves as future tech leaders.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every child has the tools and confidence to lead in a tech-driven future. By making semiconductor technology approachable and engaging, we aim to inspire the next generation of dreamers, creators, and innovators to embrace their potential and innovate fearlessly.
Our team is united by a shared vision: to make STEM education engaging and meaningful. We’re mothers, educators, and tech enthusiasts who work tirelessly to create hands-on experiences that inspire young minds.
Whether it’s creating an electronics kit that a child can use with ease or writing step-by-step guides that make chip design feel approachable, our team ensures that every detail is crafted with care. Together, we’re shaping the future of STEM education—one chip at a time.
